Creating a total new and innovative UX for our Marketplace adding a new Social concept to the value Proposition.
Creating a completely new and innovative UX for our marketplace, enhancing the user experience by integrating a social component into the value proposition. This approach fosters engagement, community-driven interactions, and a more dynamic shopping experience.
The solution
Strategic UX for Innovation
We searched for the top UX companies, and after our selection process, we decided to work with Uzer.
We hired UZER because of their good reputation, they guided us through Workshops and research to understand the Market opportunity and the needs from users. After that they presented insights and a total new UX concept for the platform. With the final approval we went through User Interface Graphic design and then to HTML layouts.
