UZER first explained us the plan for the process and sent a timeline, worked through workshops to define audience, user journeys and brand language. Next they interviewed potential customers and created insights and documentation that we approved. After that, they came back with a UX concept proposal. They designed with wireframes first and tested, after approval and adjustments they completed the graphic design for the interface. We loved it.

I found their experience impressive; they had case studies from many businesses. Their design was excellent—I didn’t realize a process like this could be so methodical. I’ve spoken with other entrepreneurs at startup events, and I feel like our app was designed very intelligently compared to others.
